Abstract

This is a short summary of a full report about how Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services are funded by governments. It reports on the high
workload involved in accounting and reporting on the way that money is
used for service delivery. And it suggests the basis for a better way—one that
emphasises core primary health care funding and long-term relationships
between services and funders.
