Nhi Hin is a Bioinformatician at the South Australian Genomics Centre (SAGC). Her current research interests include transcriptomics, single-cell RNA-seq analysis, omics data integration, and neurogenetics. 

Nhi Hin completed her PhD at the University of Adelaide's Alzheimer's Disease Genetics Laboratory and Bioinformatics Hub in 2020, receiving the prestigious university Doctoral Research Medal (top 4% of theses submitted in 2020) and Dean's Commendation of Doctoral Thesis Excellence. Her doctoral studies involved using transcriptomic analysis to elucidate incipient stages of Alzheimer's disease at the molecular level. Her presentations relating to this research have been recognised nationally with multiple awards from bioinformatics and biomedical conferences.
