Mandy commenced her work as the Senior Project Manager with the Australian Orthopaedic Association National Joint Replacement Registry (AOANJRR) in 2016. The AOANJRR, which collects data on primary and revision joint replacement procedures, commenced data collection in South Australia in 1999 and has developed into a large national clinical quality registry, with over 1.1 million joint replacement procedures captured.

Prior to 2016, she spent over 10 years in academic support and data management roles associated with the Women’s and Children’s Health Research Institute, Adelaide. She worked on all areas of large scale nutritional intervention studies in pregnant women, to ensure quality data collection and knowledge translation within the Institute.
