Kate has a proven ability in identifying business opportunities and strategic vision.  She also has a track record of managing the change to achieve the business objectives associated with this vision.

Whilst working in the Information Technology industry, her roles have focused on service delivery and customer satisfaction. Management of all facets of application support including vendor negotiation and on-going relationship management to achieve service level agreements.

Throughout her career she has utilised managerial, communication and leadership skills coupled with enthusiasm, to consistently produce high quality outcomes, effective and efficient service delivery and drive customer satisfaction.
